Easy Homemade Pumpkin Bread Recipe

This easy homemade pumpkin bread recipe makes 2 loaves of delicious bread. This recipe easily doubles to make 4 loaves. Serve plain or with cream cheese. Tastes great warm or cold. 

Store in the fridge for up to 4 days. 


Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder 
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup apple sauce 
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
15 oz can 

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease two bread loaf pans. 
2. In a bowl mix the applesauce and sugar together. 
3. Mix in eggs until well combined. Then mix in the pumpkin until well  combined.  
4. In a separate bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients (except sugar).
5. Mix the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture. 
6. Pour the batter evenly into the 2 greased pans. 
7. Bake for 45-60 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
